Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
To cancel your order please contact clientes@wowconcept.com and we will let you know if it is still possible to cancel it.
If the order has already been processed and cannot be canceled, you will have to initiate a return process when you receive it.
I have canceled my order – when will my money be available again?
You will get your refund in a maximum of ten business days through the same payment method that you used (timing may vary depending on your bank)
