I received a faulty item, what should I do?

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Please contact Customer service [email protected] as soon as possible (within 28 natural days of receiving the order) and we will sort it out! 

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

To cancel your order please contact [email protected] and we will let you know if it is still possible to cancel it. 

If the order has already been processed and cannot be canceled, you will have to initiate a return process when you receive it. 

I have canceled my order – when will my money be available again?

You will get your refund in a maximum of ten business days through the same payment method that you used (timing may vary depending on your bank)
