If you are logged in, you can go to the My Orders section in My Account to see the status of your order. 

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, along with the name of the courier company that will fulfill your delivery. 

To follow your order status, you can check any changes in the courier link sent by the courier or in My Orders.

When your order has been confirmed and you have a tracking number, check the courier that will serve you and confirm directly on their webpage if they have this option available.

In the check-out,  you can choose your order to be delivered at any specific address in Spain, including your work address,  or to be picked up by you at our store in Madrid.

We send orders to all locations in Spain excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 

It will depend on the type of delivery:

• WOW Now (purchase In Store via App): Free
• Click and Collect in Store (only in Madrid. 1-3 business days): Free
• Standard (3-5 business days): 7.95€
• Express (2-3 business days): 9.95€ 

Please bear in mind that this is only an estimated time. To see the delivery status of your order you can check it with the tracking number.

Right now we only ship within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

We have two types of in store delivery services in our physical store in Madrid:

1. Click and Collect:buy online and request your delivery to be sent to our WOW store in Gran Via 18, where we will have it ready for you in 1-3 business days.

   You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code once your order is available to pick up. The Click & Collect sector is located on the Floor -1. You will have 15 days to pick up your order.

   You can also share this QR code so that someone else can pick up your order for you!

   We will have more pick-up points available coming soon.

2. WOW Now: when visiting the WOW store you can buy any product you like by going to one of our Wowers. In the next few weeks you can also do this by scanning the QR code placed on the product with the WOW App. You will be directed to the product page to buy it directly from there and then, you will only have to go to our Wowers to help you remove the security tags and give you a bag in case you need one.

Currently we don’t have a same day delivery service available in any city across Spain. We will open this option in the near future.

You can track your order through the link we send you in the shipping confirmation email of your order, to know when you will receive it.

From that page you can change the date and/or place of delivery. Please confirm this service directly with the courier company, as it varies depending on the company.
